I'm still not quite shure where you're standing in this matter?
I'm against this law. I think that it infringes civil liberties needlessly as there is no good basis outside of some people not liking 2nd hand smoking.
Ok. Let's assume that you're a smoker. Wouldn't you infringe somebody elses civil right of enjoying fresh air by smoking next to him/her? That would not be a problem if there were a cabinet for you to enjoy your smoke with fellow smokers.
And I have to agree that i'm also worried for where this kind of protective legistlation leads, but i still have to stand my ground a say that they're right on this matter.
