S.H.O.K.K. biography :


The heads behind the name S.H.O.K.K., Claudio Pettanice (22) and Marco Guardia (21) ( leaved project in 2003 ) discovered their passion for electronic music during their school days. The two friends shortly lost contact in order to persue their own interests only to re-join forces to start producing their first tracks together. "The Art Of Knowledge" was released in March 2000.
The summer of 2000 proved to be the youngsters' breakthrough when they were signed to legendary Frankfurter label 'Overdose'. Their follow up single "Folie A Deux" was released on Pulse, a sublabel of 'Overdose'. The single topped numerous sales charts in renowned DJ stores and received massive support from all top DJ's worldwide and was featured in many playlists, including Paul van Dyk's.
S.H.O.K.K. third single "Isn't It All A Little strange?" got as far as number 3 of the Discomania sales charts in Germany and number 1 in the export charts. Both of the tracks were licensed for various CD compilations including: Gatecrasher, Technics DJ set, Tunnel Trance and many more.
S.H.O.K.K. released their next single called " My madness says what i must do, relieve the pain by eating you" in winter of 2002/03. Not only producing astonishing tracks of their own, this bombastic duo is well-known of remixing skills. Boys are the heads behind the massive remixes of Altitude, Cosmic Gate's "Back To Earth" and Signum's "Coming On Strong". In the clubland S.H.O.K.K. is reprensented by Claudio, the man behind the decks.
Their unique sound has dazed many clubbers around Europe. Claudio has played numerous fantastic gigs at all major trance festivals and touring the clublandscape of the Europe and UK. Now this hard trance monster will visit Finland for the very first with his amasing dj set. Don't miss this one!
