SILENT WITNESS (DNAUDIO, METALHEADZ, UK)
A devoted follower of techno-influenced drum & bass, Silent Witness adds a new edge & attitude, combining elements of the deep & uplifting within his tear-out dance floor productions.
First surfacing as Brainiac on breakbeat label Stratosphere Recordings, his powerful sound soon caught the attentions of many including The Plump DJs who included 'Neuro' (2001), his acid-tinged debut on their Urban Underground (INCredible) mix and Sony who licensed the track for the soundtrack to the video game Wipeout Fusion (Playstation 2). The second Brainiac single, 'Bass Jump' / 'Bionic' (2002) was greeted with similar acclaim and it became clear a serious talent was emerging.
Infamous producer and No U-Turn Records boss, Nico picked up on Brainiac and unearthed a budding drum & bass producer. He quickly signed 'Contact' in 2002 and released two more singles, 'Higher Rates' and 'Invasion' (both collaborations with studio partner Break) in quick succession.
Over the next three years, releases on Metalheadz, Commercial Suicide, Quarantine, Violence, DSCi4, Critical, Obscene and DNAudio; the label he established with co-conspirator Squire in 2003, alongside collaborations with the likes of Break, Ercola, Klute, Fierce, Hive, Gridlok & D-Bridge have established Silent Witness as a musical tour de force. DJ bookings have taken him around the USA, Europe and the Middle East and include regular appearances at top UK nights including Metalheadz, Therapy Sessions, Traffic and Carbon.
Never one to stick to a genre, Silent Witness has recently branched out into the house scene joining forces with Dropkick to establish the M3 Project. Their debut 'A Better Man' EP is due for a summer release on Silicone Soul's Darkroom Dubs and has received airplay from BBC Radio 1's Annie Nightingale & Fergie amongst others.

Physics is the production moniker for drum `n `bass producer/Label owner Glenn Grip currently recording for Labels such as Metalheadz, Blindside, Fokuz, Jerona Fruits, Phuzion, Phuturistic Bluez, Planet Funk and Vibez Recordings. He also runs Finland based label Midnight Sun Recordings. Physics music has been supported by international DJ:s such as LTJ Bukem, Goldie, Nookie, Marcus Intalex, Marky&XRS, D-Bridge, Bryan Gee, Makoto and many more. Being a busy DJ aswell , work have taken him across Europe playing the sounds of the midnight sun.

Muffler is Konsta Mikkonen, with a host of releases on UK labels, Muffler has certainly made an impact. Previous releases on Urban Takeover were accepted worldwide by both clubbers and DJ's and his CD album on Urban Takeover "Soundz Of The Future" has got a warm welcome too. Also his mix cd, which consists only of his own tracks for Knowledge magazine (april 2004 issue) got him some well deserved attntion Muffler has releases out and forthcoming on top labels such as Moving Shadow, TOV, Hospital, DSCI4, Formation, Commercial Suicide, Frequency, Outbreak, Urban Takeover .Together with Paul Rae he is also running a record label called SighCo Recordings .His tracks has been played by Andy C, Pendulum, Mampi Swift, Grooverider, Fabio, DJ SS, Zinc, Fresh, Ed Rush&Optical, Mickey Finn, Mary Anne Hobbs, John Peel, High Contrast to name but a few .As a DJ, Muffler always plays dubplate heavy selection with latest cuts from himself and other producers .He plays regularly in countries like UK, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Germany, Spain, Russia, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Poland, Croatia, France, Finland, Ukraine, Sweden, Czech Republic, Slovakia to name a few .

It took about 5 years for Burma to come up with the beats he's infamous of. Glue-sniffing, rusty-screwdriven, distorted and somewhat mental elements are always present in his tunes. Burma has been working closely alongside with Physics, Muffler, Kaleb and several other talented producers, and his trademark can always be recognized from every tune he lays his rotten fingers at. Located in Helsinki, Finland.
