With a slew of acclaimed productions and remixes under his belt, Mr. A's name is fast spreading through the house music world after cutting his teeth in on the dance music scene. The originator behind the acclaimed Danceteria Music label and accompanying, he regularly headlines major events, festivals and club nights of Finland, playing alongside everyone from Sasha to Howells and Derrick Carter to Dixon. He also runs a bi-weekly Danceteria show on Bassoradio, co-owns a bar in Helsinki named Loop and promotes his Cosmic Dance parties at Redrum, alongside local hero Lil' Tony, on a deeper, groovier tip.

His DJ sets combine everything from tech-house, heady progressive moments, and groovy, eclectic techno, while he cites influences such as Danny Tenaglia, Pink Floyd and Depeche Mode. His musical vision and charisma saw him voted as Finland's Number 1 DJ by City Magazine. Since then he's spread his dance music gospel across the whole of Scandinavia, U.K, Germany, Russia, Bulgaria, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia and more.

- Danceteria Season 5 kick off ja Danny Howells 3h setti. Deephousesta technoon ja kaikkea siltä väliltä. DJ´s DJ, valloittava persoona. Danceteria Loveboat Risteily, Danceteria @ Munchenbryggeriet Tukholma, Danceteria @ RMJ Festival. Näistä erikoistapahtumista muodostuu Danceterian sielu ja henki.

- Flow Festivaali. 4 päivää musiikillista ilotulitusta.

- Bar Loopin terassi. Kauan sitä suunniteltiin, mutta lopputulos ylitti odotukset, kiitos siitä yhtiökumppanini Mikan.

- Helsinki Techno City. Who the fuck needs foreign heroes?

- LOVE konsepti. upeasti toteutettu ja todella loppuun asti hiottu juttu.

- Mauno mopsi.


Mitä odotat vuodelta 2010? Ja mitä jo tiedät sen tuovan tullessaan?

- Danceteria aloittaa ensimmäisenä suomalaisena klubina residenssin Tallinnassa, Privé klubilla tammikuussa. Todella mielenkiintoinen ja freesi konsepti tulossa.

- Bar Loopin Stroke men-only diskoillat, tälle jutulle oli selkeä tilaus ja mietitään miten saadaan kehitettyä hommaa eteenpäin.

- Terveyttä, hyviä bileitä, studioaikaa ja enemmän festarityyppisiä tapahtumia.


Olit soittamassa ensimmäisessä Romancessa. Miltä tuntuu palata jatkamaan "rakkaustarinaa" lauantaina 5.12.2009?

- Erittäin mukava palata takaisin ja odotan tosi innolla keikkaa! Upea nähdä että vanha Tampere-fiilis on nostanut päätään Romancen myötä, ja varsinkin se vaivannäkö, mitä järjestäjät näkevät tapahtuman eteen on todella kunnioitettavaa.
