If there’s one name that knows trance, then it’s Alex Kunnari. Over the years he has delivered an impressive amount of superb singles, just like he does with this new title “Helsinki”. Dedicating a track to your hometown is usually something that tells a story through music and in this production Alex Kunnari might have created the future anthem for the entire city. A big, rich production that brings on the synths is not new to a Kunnari track, but here we definitely hear a theme that contains a bit of life, joy and a bit of drama. Maybe that’s what the city of “Helsinki” is all about, but it definitely makes one curious enough to go and visit the place.
Marcus Maison & Will Dragen are the ones behind the remix and the end result of their cooperation is a banging version with a nod and a wink to some of the Swedish House Mafia productions. You just have to hear it. Alex Kunnari’s “Helsinki” is a new anthem!
