X0X006 - SERO - INTERCEPTION SYSTEM - 12"
After two years of silence X0X RECORDS is back with another electro hammer! X0X Records continues its mission to put new and fresh electro on vinyl and the artists behind these records on the map. This time it’s done with SERO and his new track INTERCEPTION SYSTEM. With this track Sero updates classic Miami bass and old school sounds to the year 2010 and beyond. Tight production combined with a hint of paranoia and Orwellism in the lyrics makes this track a sure shot for peak time as you can expect from Sero.
This release is packed with two remixes by RotterHague’s finest, DJ OVERDOSE. He is known for his own productions as DJ Overdose and also for his collaborations with other artists in NOVAMEN with MR. PAULI, THE HASBEENS with ALDEN TYRELL and GET IT BOYZ with DJ TECHNICIAN. The first remix by DJ Overdose ending the A-side is more on the mellow side while the second remix starting the B-side can simply be called a banger. The B-side continues with a remix from Finland’s best kept electro secret; MORPHOLOGY. In a short period of time they have risen to the awareness of electro people with their releases on ABSTRACT FORMS and AC RECORDS, remixes made for example for SILICON SCALLY and a debut album released on ZYNTAX MOTORCITY. Expect nothing but melodic and high quality production from these guys! The record ends with bonus beats made by Sero for all of you mixing freaks out there.
