Boom Shakalaka + Afro Nights bring the hottest party vibes and most wicked dance music from around the world: Balkan, Afro Disco, Baile Funk, Bhangra, Bongo Flava, Cumbia, Dancehall, Kuduro, Kwaito, Soca and other tropical rhythms, hip-hop & electronic music – We play it all!
On this opening night at the new venue we a special live guest, Paleface, who is releasing his new album "Helsinki - Shangri-La" on 15.9. Paleface fuses different oriental and balkan influencies in his full action hip-hop and his new album presents his finnish vocal side including highly popular singles "Talonomistaja" and "Syntyny Rellestää".
At the party Paleface plays also a special DJ set as DJ Daddy Pales bringing the best turkish and balkan beats with him. The Boom Shakalaka residents Rideon, Svengali & Emil will heat the dancefloor with hot beats from Caribian, Latin America, Africa, Asia and Balkans.
The other dancefloor is hosted by Afro Nights, where DJ Mihayo spind the best of african music from zouk to benga and all between.
Tickets are 8€ and before midnight you get in for half the price.
