"Back in October this year I was kindly asked by Jnks to produce an Old Skool mix with him for broadcast on Dutch radio station SonicRadio.nl. These days the tunes that taught me to initially DJ in the very early 1990's still sit tightly on the mantlepiece. I don't play Old Skool much, but it's a pleasure to spin here and there. Especially for those nostalgic purposes :)
So here we have one hell of an old to new musical journey. My half of this mix begins with tunes from classic labels such as Impact Records, Remix Records and Kniteforce! The tunes span from 1991-1995. By the 70minute mark in this mix, Jnks takes over the turntables bringing in his "Newer" Happy Hardcore anthems from 2005-2006. So it's the old with some very new!
I hope it brings a smile to some people's faces who know this vibe... It's just `noise' to some people... but to me it's where it all began... Where computer technology was limited with no advanced software like these days. Enjoy..."

It was nice to work with my mate Progression and show everyone the two sides of Happy Hardcore - Old and new! I hope that everyone else enjoys this spread of alternative tunes too!
