All in all, we could feel nothing but positive from our ninety minutes with Nintendo's new console. There really is nothing like it on the market, and as if to testify to this, watching two gasping be-suited forty-something executives duke it out on Tennis really was a sight to behold. Maybe there IS something in Nintendo's 'New Gen' slant, after all.
"Once we started to experiment with Madden on Wii, there was an explosion of innovation. Everyone in the studio is energized by the creative opportunity afforded by both the hardware and controller. By reaching into our catalogue, we are able to bring a fresh and distinctive experience to some of EA's most popular franchises. Creatively, the game play possibilities are staggering and endless," said John Schappert, Senior Vice President and General Manager, EA.

In a separate release out of France, Ubisoft revealed that a Wii Prince of Persia title is in development and will be released -- at least in France -- next March.
The publisher also said that it has "many more titles in development" for Wii.

Talk about how the Wii changes the way you play games, we're working to include an accessory in GT Pro Series that will make this game a must have. Stay tuned, literally.
