Recording technique:

Recorded on a cheap TV VCR combo and this time played back on a Panasonic VCR with RCA out.
The previous version had more high end quality but lacked bass only having a earphone out on the TV VCR combo.
The old VHS tape I was using does not play very well on the Panasonic VCR as you can hear the high end drop off 1/4 through and more saturated but I find the sound quality more satisfying and will just buy a fresh VHS tape next time at the store to experiment on.

Equipment used:

The track utilizes 4 part FM synthesis for percussion and synth part.
i.e., synth, bass drum, snare drum, hi-hat.
Wich are all custom made on the Yamah FS1R.
I also used the lo-fi and enhancer effect on the FS1R since I'm going for a dry-plastic sound and Alesis 3630 compression.
I'm thinking of creating a series of mono tracks with a polymer/ plastic theme.
