Kris kylven - biography
...Born French, producer. composer and drummer, Kris Kylven has been
into electro/industrial since the beginning, started at 7 years old when he
was already listening at Kraftwerk. Tangerine Dream. Vangelis. Pink Floyd
etc. He's been involved in many projects, the first experimental one
being"SYB-EX"in 86.
...Kris has been on the road for several years until 93 when he decided to
produce his first record for a Techno French Label because at that time he
had discovered TechnoTrance which gave him inspiration in what he was
thinking to be a new and innovative form of electronic music, considering
the industrial movement in phase of mutation. He then moved to London
in 95 and signed for several psy-trance projects like"Syb Unity
Nettwerk"made about I0 releases and couple of remixes, he also
made"U.X."in collaboration with Englishman Pete Martin signed on
Dragonfly Records(Killing Joke member/producer Youth) did a remix
for "Killing Joke"(Wardance-the Remixes)..
...During 96. after the serious amount of work done, he felt like losing his
original concept, closer to Cyberpunk culture, by only working into
danceable psy-trance section. and then decided to build a new concept
mix between cybernetic. E.B.M. trance (which was mixing art and
technology) and set up the project called"Element Over Nature"on the
Goa-Trance label Transient. Feeling that he had not precisely reached his
target with that project, our artist decided to create the actual"EON
Project" a concept making a comeback into his old time favourite sound,
something more like an identity.
...An other Ethno/Techno&Psychadelic Project "FaitHealers" was born in
99 with the collaboration of finnish composer Make Louhio... Following by
(2) projects "DeadlySonic" (experimental/soundtrack... alike with
expectation of vocalist collaborators) and finally the "Syb-Sonic -
DreamZone" project (ethno/dub/chillout)... At the same period of time
Kris manage to complete "EON Project 2" Soundtrack over boundaries...
a new chapter in his career ...
...Also DJ ,he 's been playing all over Europe...(from Techno/industrial to
Chillout ) not limited by a precise Style...considering himself as an
electronic Painter, constanly trying to bring Live shows and various avant
garde Concepts ...
...Note that Kris Worked drums on"Killing Joke" (new material) ...and will
