Dj Halo got interested in electronic music in the late 80`s, when he heard acid house for the first time. Being just a kid at the time it took him until 1993 to start actually dj`ing, now with trance records packed in his case. Up until now he has played in hundreds of events and major clubs in Finland, rock festivals, radiostations and even Kiasma, the Helsinki museum of contemporary art.
He is also working as the label manager of the Helsinki based label Surreal Audio, releasing innovative psychedelic dancemusic since 1999. His mixing skills and clever selection have made him a sought after performer all over europe, and he has rocked the floors in Sweden, Holland, Greece, Portugal, Italy, Lithuania, Russia and the Uk.Depending on the event Halo plays either funky psychedelic trance mixed with elements of house and breaks, or funky newscool house mixed with psychedelic elements and progressive breaks.Dont you just love cathegorizing music!!!
