Ilta oli kerrassaan loistava, vaikka krapula painoikin jalkoja. Kerrassaan herkullista soundia läpi illan. Ja varsinkin Orkidea tanssitti. Aivan ihanaa musaa. Ja ihmisiä ei ollut liikaa, vaan mahtui sekä tanssimaan että kävelemään, vaikkakin porukkaa riitti. Luksusta! Kiitos tästä

En käynyt. Valinta osui Freda 51 koska veikkailin et tää keräis niin paljon porukkaa ettei mahtuis kuitenkaan tanssimaan. Miten oli? Fredassa oli ainakin runsaasti tilaa et jonnekin muualle oli jengi häipyny..
Lisäksi soi Orkidean setti Energy-radiokanavalla bileisiin mentäessä. Ei huono sekään..

Aamujatkoista -> Loistavaa musiikkia Orionilta ja Jodylta, mutta kyllä Mr A veti kaiken kaikkiaan koko tapahtuman parhaan setin! Biisilista olis kiva saada myös häneltä. IMO parhaat aamut ever, tuli kerrankin oltua alusta loppuun. Jalat ihan muusia, ei muista koska olis viimeksi tullut tampattua noin paljon!

This year has undoubtably been the best year in JACK's life and the birthday celebrations were accordingly a massive amount of fun. Another nearly sold out event has proven JACK to be Redrums most popular night, with a big amount of smiley friends. JACK has the power of bringing out party people from the ancient times of Kerma and the new school party monsters of today and connecting them on the dance floor.
At one point of the night it seemed as if the DJ booth of Redrum turned into the main stage of Glastonbury festival. It was hard to not be star struck with Dave Seaman, Jody Wisternoff and Nick Warren all in there at the same time. The guests were really taken by the crowd, the production and the all around great vibe that Helsinki offers. And the same can be said about every single DJ guest that has visited the Redrum booth at the JACK nights this year... It has been a long time dream to have mr Seaman play for us and although his price tag was the highest yet, he sure did deliver.
We then moved to the after-party at Playground to feed the hungry dance machines with even more beats. Orion filled the floor for Jody Wisternoff, who played a beautiful melodic and tough set. Mr A ended the night doing what he knows best. Twisting peoples minds and not letting go. Tired and happy, JACK went to sleep and had a dream about the next time he will be turning the dance-floor into his very own playground.
A very big thank you to all you people for making this a truly special year. We hope to start the new year with all of you at Orkidea's 23 hour set on the first day of 2010.

Jacking with Jack!
Congrats to seven-year-old Jack; what a massive night! It's always great to see so many devoted people turning up - and this bash was no exception because there was pure exhilaration in the air in honour of the birthday celebrations.
The line-up promised a lot - and delivered on all fronts. Unfortunately we missed the warm-ups, but Orkidea was, yet again, just genius. And Mr Seaman had the dancefloor trembling and oozing with excitement.
As usually at Jack (/Redrum), the VJ knows his stuff and the repertoire of lights is brilliant considering the club is so dark and small. The old-school lights around the DJ booth transmit a great vibe and atmosphere for shooting. Added to this, the new light-show at the back of the main room gave this underground place one more interesting detail to capture.
