Echelon Records presents you Synthika s first EP, The Dervish / Sad Jack Hydraulic EP.
Synthika is an electronic music collaboration project launched in 2007 by two Finnish brothers and producers Ima'gin and Tempo Giusto, the latter also known for his hits such as 'Agent Orange' and 'One Among Others'. Synthika's production caters for several genres and ranges from progressive house to melodic trance and punchy electro. Their style is fresh and elaborate, the sound distinct and the melodies captivating while all of the production is essentially highly danceable club material.
SYNTHIKA THE DERVISH / SAD JACK HYDRAULIC EP

Inspired by the Persian sufis, The Dervish takes the listener to another world with its hypnotic chant. The deeply pulsating bassline and the experimental percussion rhythms accompany the ethereal male vocals. The mystical atmosphere is followed by hovering strings which build up like smoke in the sky and explode into a storming fanfare of horns which carries the song to its end.
2) Sad Jack Hydraulic (Original Mix) *click for sample*
Sad Jack Hydraulic starts with a dry, intriguing intro which then drops into a groovy bass theme. Echoing bells and thrusting leads then join the bass, kicking the song off completely. The break is among the most powerful heard on the dancefloors. Massive strings roar, then silence, and a massive electro theme punches in creating a strong and a violent explosion.
