Nowadays, widely recognized as a wizard of all things house, DJ San Mejor is no doubt the one to watch for on the present Finnish clubbing scene. If you are in a search for dancefloor smashing basslines, twisted house beats and true summer vibe, backed up with energetic stage performance and a party-animal attitude, look no further, San Mejor is exactly what you need.
Started out back in 2002, in distant Rovaniemi far away upnorth on the very border of Polar circle, San Mejor has quickly established himself as one of the key players in Nothern FInland's club scene. In the past 6 years, his outstanding mixing skills, hard work on careful tune selection and ability to anticipate the most sacred desires of a dancefloor have made him a name people started to recognize everywhere in Finland.
In addition to deejaying, he soon felt the desperate passion to make his visions of quality club event come true. That's how the extremely popular Lick! club concept got started. In just two short years, Lick! has achieved the position of number one clubbing concept in Northern Finland. Top Finnish and international artists, amazing atmosphere and ultimate party feeling have created a considerable army of decent followers to this event.
Some would be sitting down and enjoying this considerable success, but not this guy. Driven by the passion for constant progress, San Mejor decided to expand his areal and conquer the world. So he packed his records and moved to Helsinki in summer of 2008. In extremely demanding and competitive surroundings of Southern Finland, it often takes years to make yourself noticed. It never stopped San Mejor though. He has been quickly invited to play such events as Madwave, Tidy Finland, Tech This Out and Luna, spinning alongside such names as Jon O'Bir, Amber D, Jordan Suckley, K90, and Proteus, to name a few. Summer 2008 has also brought him to the wonderful Island of Ibiza, where he had a privilege of performing at several intimate club nights. That has been another milestone in his DJ career. With his busy gig calendar and some great things in a pipeline production-wise, San Mejor is definately the ultimate cure for all you addicts of quality music around!

Madwave, a well known Finnish club brand, has moved forward onto the waves of high-class FM radio Sputnik, broadcasting in the number of cities in Southern Finland. The weekly show will feature exclusive DJ mixes from the world's best trance and house DJs, as well as high-profile domestic Finnish Djs, and monthly Madwave special night with outstanding mixes from Madwave's resident DJ Sergei Shkuroff and San Mejor, as a guest. Watch out for some maad wibes, uplifting summer melodies and raw twisted basslines!
