In 1998 when there wasn't much happening in Tampere, three dj's, namely Uke, Kimik & Supersamuli started a monthly club called Miau!, which was to become one of the most legendary clubnights in finland.
With a few exceptions the lineup was always the same, Supersamuli playing deeper sounds in the warmupslot and Uke & Kimik finishing the night off with up-to-date house and progressive sounds.
Smart and funny flyers, themeparties and extra emphasis on the lighting design by lightjockey Jooga Jykylä complemented the music perfectly. In the end though, it was the unbelievable atmosphere that the partypeople created that made the club unforgettable.
