Inigo Kennedy announces Twisted Memorabilia - the twelfth release for his Asymmetric|MP3 project.
Twisted Memorabilia is available as a free MP3 release consisting of five great new tracks and is downloadable at no cost via the Asymmetric website at www.asymmetric.co.uk
The five tracks, Terpsichore, Camshaft, Hamingjusamur, Happy Robot Glow and There Is Nothing More stretch to half an hour and reach some of Asymmetric's most extraordinary territory to date.
The release starts with a trio of techno tracks. Terpsichore brings slicing hi-hats across a rounded bass-heavy melody and pumping rhythm. Camshaft turns a slightly darker corner and raises the tension beneath its harder percussive edge. Third comes Hamingjusamur which takes an extended deeper journey through luscious intermingled melodies, patterns and sounds.
Moving into a more electronic direction the hugely catchy Happy Robot Glow wraps layers of sliding melodies around undulating crunchy beats. A real smile maker before the final track There Is Nothing More which absolutely brims with haunting, spine-tingling and acid-tinged emotions.
Is there anything more ... ?
The tracks are encoded using LAME extreme to reach an average bitrate well in excess of 256Kb/s.
