...................... SCOTT BOND (Gatecrasher, Ahead – UK) ...................

Scott Bond is recognized as one of the UK’s most successful young DJs, Promoters and Music Producers and he is certainly no stranger to success. Throughout his career Scott has successfully taken crowds to a new musical level, pioneering a revolutionary progressive trance sound to a global audience.

In 1994 Scott together with Simon Raine set up and promoted parties under the name ‘Gatecrasher’ in Sheffield. A year after that, Gatecrasher moved to the Adelphi and Scott’s main responsibilities were for music policy and marketing strategy. By now he was well and truly established as the Gatecrasher resident DJ, with all of the top DJs demanding to play at the club, and the huge events and festivals they organized.

During the years Scott has collaborated in studio with such producer legends as Solar Stone and Marc Mitchell with great results like ‘3rd Earth’, ‘Red Line Highway’ and ‘Nocturnal High’ released on such labels as ID&T and Stress.

In 1997 Gatecrasher moved to the Republic which was the start of the Superclub phenomenon, and Scott was a regular in the worlds top 100 DJ's list. With the highlight of his career playing to a 25,000 capacity Millennium crowd at Sheffield’s Don Valley Stadium, Scott has decided to step up the pace and move on to even bigger and more exciting things.

After leaving Gatecrasher in 2004, Ahead has now become his number one priority which is quickly becoming recognized as the most forward thinking club movement in the UK today.

Throughout his career Scott has received numerous awards and accolades for his talents: he was named as “the authentic voice of British clubbers” by ‘Mixmag' and received the “Resident of the Year” award, not even mentioning all the awards Gatecrasher has received along the way and the ones that are on the way with Ahead.

................... SOLARSTONE (Hooj Choons, Deep Blue - UK)
...............

The UK based production duo have been working together since 1995 and have amassed a huge worldwide following and support from just about every DJ 'worth their salt' over the last 10 years. Solarstone’s debut single, 'The Calling' is regarded by many DJs as 'a classic' and ‘ahead of its time’, which undoubtedly became a blueprint for many tracks to follow in its footsteps.

Solarstone achieved universal acclaim for a succession of Trance Anthems including 'Seven Cities', 'Solarcoaster', ‘3rd Earth’ and most recently under the Young Parisians tag, ‘U Write The Rules’ and ‘Jump The Next Train’.

Their back catalogue is a ‘who’s-who’ of Club anthems and classic remixes for everyone from Oakenfold to Human League, releasing music on labels such as Perfecto, Platipus, Incentive and Hooj Choons, to name a few.

In addition to providing some of dance music's biggest records, they run 2 highly successful record labels, Deepblue and MadeInEngland, which release a steady stream of top quality UK trance.

It's a career littered with chance meetings, unbelievable highs and some crushing disappointments, but the collective of brilliant musicians and vocalists they have around them always ensures they deliver the goods. The scene has undergone some strange mutations over the past few years, but it always returns to where it began... Grooves, Melody and Emotion- without which there would be no dance music scene, and there would be no Solarstone.

.......................... LEAMA (Perfecto Records - UK) .....................
Leama began his production career in 1997. Early collaborations with producers such as Tilt were valuable in terms of getting things moving in the right direction. Now Marty is based at Cable Chamber Studio's' in Nottingham, home also to Tilt, Andy Moor and Tarrentella & Redanka.

'Melodica', released in 2000, was a significant turning point in Leama’s career. It was a particular favourite with music maestros like Sasha, Dave Seaman, Sander Kleinenberg and John '00' Flemming, to namedrop a few. ‘Melodica’ was also featured on Perfecto’s Paul Oakenfold / Travelling Mix Compilation, which achieved landmark figures in excess of 250,000 unit sales worldwide. It was also named 'single of the month' in DJ and Muzik Magazines.

Recent productions include remixes for Avril Lavigne and Oakenfold and some highly anticipated releases lined up with Andy Moor under the Leama & Moor moniker. He has released music on labels such as Perfecto, 5AM, Baroque, Hooj Choons and Platipus.

When asked to describe his own DJ style Leama says; “I love all types of music from funked up rockin’ party music to deep spacey electronic soundscapes. I play records with elements of house, tech-house, deep and progressive, ambient and breaks. The best way to describe it is that ‘abstract electronic new edge sound’ that doesn’t quite fit into any one category, yet applies to them all as well!”

Pahoittelemme tapahtunutta,
Asaf

Mä luulin hetken et nää ois ollu jotenki Movement-lafkaan liittyvät bileet :) Senverran geneerinen sana nimenä, et ilmeisesti tulee hirmu kasa väärinkäsityksiä. Mut pitää tsekkailla, makasiiningeilla on aina hauskaa *piis*
