UK trance label Anjunabeats has launched a new digital download label: AnjunaDigital. Encouragingly, the service has already sold over 500 hundred downloads after going live 3 weeks ago!
The new digital imprint make existing Anjunabeats material available to buy as a high quality download, but will also feature hot and exclusive digital-only content.
To kick things off, AnjunaDigital is offering exclusive new download-only remixes of Smith and Pledger Forever, including mixes from tesco favourite Mark Norman and Oakenfold-championed prog genius Aspekt.
Its good news on a number of levels, said label owners Above & Beyond. People shouldnt feel bad about wanting to download music, its just taken a while for the right technology to be available to give people what they want high quality, legal downloads.
We get lots of emails from non-vinyl users asking where they can buy Anjunabeats tracks on CD, so hopefully this will go some way to helping these people.
Above & Beyond added: We get sent so much good stuff that its just not feasible to release everything on vinyl. AnjunaDigital opens up the possibility of sometimes releasing new material or additional remixes on a digital-only basis.
The Anjuna Digital label is fully integrated into the existing web shop at www.anjunabeats.com, with downloads available from £1.11 each(+Tax).
