Norwegian duo Zimpzon & Braak present a visionary 3-track EP on our imprint's milestone 60th release. The opening track, "Signals", kicks off with a cinematic introduction, featuring beautiful bell sounds that soar above a chugging bassline. The duo's exceptional sound design abilities are on full display in "Voltage", which offers a subterranean bassline and myriad atmospheric and textural effects. Lush and ethereal arpeggios appear in the main break, a truly blissful moment in the song. Finally, "Spark" offers a more aggressive groove and centers on a melodic and uplifting chord progression. Meanwhile, a signature "escapist" soundscape by Zimpzon & Braak transports the listener to an exotic, utopian locale.
