Cassell - Introversion

Nyhväsinpäs pitkästä aikaa miksiä linjoille. Progehaussia, BPM pyörii siinä 130 hujakoilla. Alussa tasabiittiä, loppupuoliskolla ne menee rikki. Progressio on tässä vähän ehkä tuollainen mallia vuoristorata, ts. intensiivisyys ei kasva lineaarisesti loppua kohden. Eli välillä rauhoitutaan hieman.
