GINA BREEZE
is based in Manchester, a city influential in the shaping of modern day electronic music.
The latest edition to HomoElectric’s residents, Gina is part of an electronic revival taking place on the outskirts of Manchester city centre. Venues like Hidden & The White Hotel provide the perfect stomping ground for hedonists looking for an escape from shiny commercial clubs. Supporting guest like Eli Escobar, Prosumer, Krysko, Luke Solomon, Alinka & Shaun. J Wright, Hannah Holland, Michelle Manetti, alongside HomoElectric residents Jamie Bull & Will Tramp. 2018 was a big year for her, playing debut sets at Love International Festival, The Warehouse Project and also making her BoilerRoom debut with HomoElectric. http://www.boilerroom.tv/session/Fleshback
STUDIO
Now starting to make waves with her own music, Gina is putting the studio hours in, collecting drum machines and synthesisers along the way, honing her craft and shaping her sound.
Gina has releases on labels such as Classic Music Company, Defected, Get Up Recordings (NYC) & Steve Lawler’s Viva Music. With support from The Black Madonna, Gene Farris, Tiga, Jesse Rose, Lauren Flax, Serverino , Hifi Sean, DJ Paulette & Soul Clap.
Gina also works closely with Manchester based Sprechen Music. http://www.soundcloud.com/ginabreeze
DANCE FLOOR
You can catch Gina playing at Manchester’s most stunning hotspot, The Refuge. Look out for "Come As You Are" street parties, and basement raves curated by the Unabombers.
A sucker for percussion, expect sets that feature a raw heavy beat, sometimes minimal in style, blending house, disco, techno, acid and everything in between. Inspired by the stripped back dance floors or Berlin and NYC. http://www.ginabreeze.com
