Oman kuvailunsa mukaan Kraus on instrumentaalia psyke / rock / kokeellista / elektronista / noise / hankalasti määriteltävää musiikkia, jossa soivat korvat vedelle saavat fuzz-kitarat, takovat luolanaisrummut ja lasersäde-suoraan-naamaan-elektroniikka; kuin androgyyni kitaraa soittava mato, jonka luona vieraili visioihin yllyttävä UFO, joka samalla rikkoi vanhan kalliin syntetisaattorin, opetti apinan soittamaan rumpuja ja teki madon kanssa 15 täyspitkää levyä.
KRAUS: Instrumental psych / rock / experimental / electronic / noise / unclassifiable music from New Zealand, incorporating ear-watering fuzz guitar, pounding cave-woman drums and laser-beam-in-the-face electronics, like an androgynous guitar-playing worm was visited by a UFO that made them smoke a lot of mugwort and broke an expensive old synthesizer and trained an ape to play the drums and then they made 15 albums.

FLORIS VANHOOF (BE)
Floris Vanhoof (s. 1982) on kiinnostunut musiikin, valokuvan ja elokuvan risteymästä. Strukturaalisen elokuvan ja varhaisen elektronisen musiikin innoittamana hän tekee audiovisuaalisia installaatioita, laajennettua elokuvaa ja musiikkijulkaisuja.
Vanhoof rakentaa omat soittimensa itse löytääkseen rajapinnan kuvan, valon ja äänen välillä. Hän on media-arkeologi, joka valitsee tarkoituksella analogisen teknologian, koska sen parissa tekeminen on vahvan läpinäkyvää ja sen dynaaminen skaala on suuri. Vanhoof pyrkii tekemään uusia kuvia vanhalla medialla, hän tekee omia käännösversioita äänestä kuvaan ja toisin päin.
Floris Vanhoof (1982) is interested in the hybrid form of music, photography and film. Inspired by structural film and early electronic music he makes audiovisual installations, expanded cinema performances and music releases.
Vanhoof builds his own instruments to discover the border between image, light and sound. As media-archeologist, he confronts the digital spoiled audience with flickering 16 mm films and 35mm slide installations, formats doomed to disappear. Purposefully he choses analog technology due to the greater transparency of the workflow and rich dynamic range. Regardless of nostalgia he experiments with what used to be hightech. Vanhoof searches for ways to make new images with old media. He makes his own translations from sound to image and vise-versa, by connecting one medium on the -not always compatible- other.

MARLOES VAN SON (NL)
Marloes van Son builds systems, installations and instruments. The electromechanical objects that she develops explore natural phenomena and everyday appliances. By repurposing ordinary objects she aims to create unusual, yet familiar experiences. Many of her works start from a visual component, but sound is always an integral part of the eventual piece.
Originally from the Netherlands, she currently lives and works in Helsinki (FI). Recent events include: Solo-exhibitions at Galerie AMU (Prague, CZ) and the Tekniikan Museo (Helsinki, FI). Artist residencies at Titanik (Turku, FI) and DordtYart (Dordrecht, NL). Sound-performances at the SMC2017 conference (Helsinki, FI), Third Space (Helsinki, FI) and DASH festival (Helsinki, FI). She presented work at Supermarket art fair 2017 (Stockholm, SE), ITGWO festival (Vlieland, NL), and Shiny Toys festival (DE).
She graduated in 2017 from the Visual Culture and Contemporary Art programme (ViCCA MA, Aalto University, Helsinki, FI) after completing her BA at the ArtScience Interfaculty (BA, KABK, The Hague, NL).
