The Original Pranksters team has really good news to the whole Finnish psychedelic trance music community.
Dick Trevor aka Dickster, a Psytrance pioneer and evolutionist of psytrance, will occupy our stage as headliner on Saturday the 14th May at Y31 (Yrjönkatu 31, Helsinki).
Dick Trevor’s carrier in trance began with his legendary Green Nuns of The Revolution. Besides the Green Nuns he is known for his countless collaborations with the likes of Simon Posford, Tristan (Alppimuisto - Free Open Air 2015), Lucas (Alppimuisto - Winter Edition 2015). Dickster’s new album Inebriatti was released in 2015 by Nano Records and at the Pranksters headquarters we think that it’s one of the most evolutionary Psytrance albums of this decade.
As we like artist legends we love the legends that can renew and evolve their music over and over again and stay at the top of the wave. There is a slight difference between those two groups as one can see and Dick Trevor belongs to the one that is mentioned later.
Our local usual suspects will warm up the atmosphere before we let the beast on stage. The dynamic duo Jean-Peter & Goa Vääpeli will perform in front of Dickster. Nebula Meltdown throws in his new tunes Live while Oden kick-starts the show at 9pm.
The Pranksters have teamed up with the deco team Tukos Media and our visual experts Hypnotist Group just like we did at the WOW! Alppimuisto - Winter Edition in December to ensure visual satisfaction.
