In the first session it's Panda Dub from France as well as Dan I Locks from Sweden together with the local support by Papa Chilly and Ivah Sound. The night kicks off at 7 pm with food and the screening of the sound system documentary “Musically Mad”. After that it continues with roots music and will later go on into dub, steppas and jungle.
The sound is provided by the full Ivah Sound System.
Panda Dub (Lyon, France)
Panda Dub project was born in 2008, in the city of Lyon. Inspired by the French and UK dub scene, Panda Dub created his own style as a dub maker. Roots reggae, UK stepper and french electro dub are big influences for him as a producer. Panda’s style is a perfect blend of ethnic samples, edgy and powerful electro tunes and heavy rhythm.
Panda Dub built his reputation on the web, with the release of Born 2 Dub in 2007 and Bamboo Roots in 2009. In 2009 and 2010, he worked with Original Dub Gathering, a net label, to release the maxi single Subcontraire and the succesful EP Black Bamboo, downloaded more than 20 000 times after its release. In 2011, Panda Dub released his first LP Antilogy and his second LP Psychotic Symphony was released in 2013.
Panda Dub is working on many projects in 2014 with French electro and dub artists such as Mahom and Mayd Hubb. He is the living proof that french dub is still alive and has a bright future.

Dan I Locks (Malmö, Sweden)
Dan I Locks is a roots reggae singer / dj and a founding member of the Malmö based Deng Deng Hifi Soundsystem which was founded in 2005. He’s performed around Europe at various festivals and sound system sessions since 2009 and put out singles on such labels as Indica Dubs, Belleville International, Meditative Sounds and Black Redemption. He’s first LP “Arise Jah” was released in 2013 by Indica Dubs.

Papa Chilly (Lahti, Finland)
Papa Chilly alias Aki Rujala started djing in the late 90's by playing all kinds of music like reggae, trip hop, hip hop, dub, dnb and electronic dance music. He’s been actively performing all across Finland since 2004, and organizing events in his hometown Lahti since 2000. He is also a founding member of the group Savusound. Papa plays a selection of reggae, dub and dubstep, not forgetting ragga jungle, drum & bass and exclusive Savusound dubplates. His sets are versatile and guaranteed to make you move your feet.
Ivah Sound System
Ivah Sound is a sound system and DJ collective formed in Helsinki during early 2010. The collective consists of six members, MC’s and DJ’s. United by a common passion for heavy bass music, with styles ranging all the way from roots reggae to steppers, jungle and drum & bass.
Their music is delivered by a mighty self-built sound system, constantly evolving as the team creates new additions to their arsenal of speakers.
