After two globe-spanning years touring his remarkable debut LP ‘IT’S A JAZZ THING’, the DJ, producer and remixer extraordinaire returns this summer with his brand new record label and long-playing masterpiece: ‘VINTAGE’.

►RESOUND BIO:
Resound aka Ilpo Karkkainen is an artist, producer and DJ hailing from Tampere, Finland.
Having produced drum & bass since the late 90's, on the DJ front he's been delivering sets for years across Europe as well as running his resident night Pressure in Tampere, Finland. Resound also runs a radio show called "Resoundsound" on Bassdrive.com.
►DEFENCE BIO:
Defence is a newcomer to the drum'n'bass scene from Finland. The guys, Matti (Matic) and Mikko (Quadra) have been around in the local scene already for some years on their own, but sharing similar influences and interests in music as well as being good friends, it was natural to for them to have a go at writing tracks together. Thus, Defence was born.
Matti and Mikko are both originally hip hop heads, but after hearing tracks like "Horizons" and "Watermelon" nearly a decade ago, there's been no turning back. Since then people have been able to witness them rocking the crowd separately and together at parties around Finland. Both guys are know for their strict sense of style and tight mixing, as well as being diverse dj's covering different areas of drum'n'bass.
Same applies to their production. When the duo goes to the studio, no style of drum'n'bass is left unexplored. Crisp beats collide with funk-fueled basslines and the results of these sessions have already been supported by the likes of Blu Mar Ten, Randall, Physics and L.A.O.S.
►SUBSENSE BIO:
Subsense is a music lover who’s been making different styles of music for almost two decades. He got involved in drum&bass in the late 90's, and since then drum&bass has been one of the genres inspiring him the most.
In the mid 2000 Subsense began producing his own tunes. During the years his sound has evolved into dark rolling, deep and melodic drum&bass. His debut was released by Hustle Audio (UK) and an EP with Quadra (Defence) is forthcoming in 2012 on Genome Recordings. Subsense is also working on a solo EP for Genome Recordings. In the summer 2012 Subsense released a dub track on a compilation by Grillin' Records for which he is also working on new material. Subsense’s tracks have received support from DJs like Resound, Future Thinkin DJs, Phil Hustle, The Northsiderz, Trisector, Defence, Esc and Wispy as well as on various DnB radio shows. He’s been playing with the drum&bass scene’s big names like Andy C, Black Sun Empire, Rockwell, Kasra, Dose, Mutated Forms, Netsky, Resound, etc.
During the last years Subsense has been hosting monthly club nights with his crew Void and is also a member of the legendary Finnish drum & bass outfit Kongocrew. At the moment Subsense is in the studio making new tracks and collaborations with artists like Resound, Quadra & Matic (Defence), Esc, Mineral, MC Pm...
