A small club, big soundsystem, limited capacity, line up from a drum machine Xanadu.
Joe Kowton is a friend of ours from Bristol. We have bonded on the sparsity of drummachines, rawness of sound, stripping down of compositions and found a sturdy common ground in our musical aesthetics. Mr. Kowton is a Signal Life favorite.
Teeth and Desto, that's us, run the label and the label nights. We're starting from scratch in the legendary underground, bubbling-under, come-as-you-are Semifinal,
Oh, and that support spot in the flyer... Young and hungry, we simply like LAS. His Lowout tune is an inspiration.
So yes, label night #01 looks exactly like the tracklist of our last 12". Future label nights lined up for Helsinki, London & Berlin.
