This year Madwave has made several memorable musical trips all the way from Club Volume in Tampere to some of the world's major clubbing capitals, London, Ibiza and Amsterdam, bringing you the authentic night sounds of these cities.
This time we are going to make a visit to our closest western neighbour, Sweden and its ultimate clubbing capital, Stockholm! Homeland for many legendary dance music names, covering all genres from trance through techno to house. No names apart from ABBA and Ace of Base coming up? Try David West from Antiloop, Adam Beyer, Airbase, Eric Prydz or the bunch of Stockholmers lately known as Swedish House Mafia. Stureplan, Cafe Opera, Spy, and finally, literally the flagship of contemporary Sverige clubbing, Monday Bar!
We deeply love Stockholm and we would like to share our love with you on friday 29th April 2011. We are having DJ JACE from MONDAY BAR fame to ensure the right original trance sounds of that mighty Swedish brand, backed up by Madwave golden boy SERGEI SHKUROFF on house and techno duties, so be there and have a blast with us! Playing all around Sweden and Finland, and actually quite a lot in between too, literally regularly rocking the boat along with such as Armin van Buuren, Markus Schultz, Andy Moor, Cosmic Gate and Rank 1. Talented producer with several releases heavily supported by Tiesto, Armin and other major jocks. Never failed to deliver a blend of chunky dancefloor friendly trance and intelligent darker edge proggy beats, Jace will take you aboard for the ultimate euphoric trance sail to the other side of the gulf.

- Fresh from early this month's extremely successful peak time set at Ministry of Sound in London, and some major international shows coming up this summer, your faithful resident evil called Sergei Shkuroff is nethertheless always ready and voluntary to entertain the Madwavers at Volume. This time he will be all about dirty house, techno and filthy electro at the start, but also showing up his trancey side later at night. You know what to expect, and you can be sure it will be delivered!
