Funtcase
Biography

24335101501677405357115.jpg

FuntCase had started making Dubstep early July 09, which came after 5 years of mainly producing Drum and Bass. His first track ‘Gorilla Flex’ was originally just for laughs but it turned out to be quite a highly rated track and it wasnt long until he got his first Dubstep release on vinyl, with 4:20 records. Enjoying the new way of production he militantly went on to make a few more tracks, one entitled ‘Half Drunk’ and the other ‘Make Our Day’ which also made the vinyl release with Gorilla Flex. 5 Months on FuntCase still continues his wave of energetic filth, mixed with other styles to flex his production muscles and has managed to make a fairly quick but effective impact on the scene, getting massive support from the likes of N-Type, Rusko, Crissy Criss, Borgore, Trolley Snatcha and more. His appearances in numerous clubs around the UK has seen his popularity rise very quickly, and with tracks already making appearances on BBC Radio 1Xtra, Rinse FM, Get Darker and other big stations and it looks like he is set to rise just as quickly in the next year or so. Future collaborations include Trolley Snatcha, Datsik, Riskotheque, Cookie Monster and more lined up Future remixes for the likes of Never Say Die Records (CTRL Z’s Imprint) and Rottun Recordings (Excision’s Imprint) Future releases with labels such as Circus, Heavy Artillery, Rottun, XS Dubz, Prime Audio and Dubsaw with more in the pipeline FuntCase is rising fast and definetely an artist to keep an eye on in the scene!

avatars9.jpg

The Slum Dogz boys are: The legendary DJ Swan-E, nu-skool whiz-kid Doctor P and vocals from the Krafty MC.

Long time friends Swan-E and Krafty and Doctor P formed the Slum Dogz collective in early 2009, and exploded onto the Drum n Bass scene with their smash hit 'Bad', which was backed by 'Kredit Krunch'. Followed by 'Is It Good Enough?' and 'Like This' later in 2009, and 'The Fire' and 'Keep It Hoppin' in early 2010.

The crew have also done remixes of the classic old-skool track 'Comin On Strong' by Rhythm Section, and Zed Bias's garage anthem 'Neighbourhood'.
