Elmo & Konstantin are up-n-coming dj talents from Helsinki. Their main influence are US & detroit house producers like Moodymann, Chez Damier & Ron Trent, and many true djs like Ricardo Villalobos, Mike Grant and A:rpia:r. Their influence can be heard from their sound which is something like raw, peculiar, groovy jacking house and reduced, percussion-heavy deep techno played in a laidback way.
Despite their young age they have already gotten recognition amongst the Finnish club scene through very tasteful mixtapes and very danceable groovy sets at such places as Freedom Bar Terrace, Rosegarden, Mbar. They also run two monthly nights at Beatroot and Bar Loop where their mission is to bring new inspiration to the house sounds of Helsinki. Also these guys have been busy in the studio, so the future for them seems bright & exciting...
