David West is without doubt one of today's hottest names in progressive trance scene. His singles like Larry Mountains 54, Hello Strings, Make U Mine, External Key, True Love and amazing remixes of Dominic Plaza's Sounds Rushing, Tilt's New Day and lately Headstrong's The Truth have been heavily supported and praised by world's trance and progressive DJs from Paul van Dyk and Armin van Buuren to Andy Moor and Pete Tong. He has been releasing material constantly on labels like Anjunabeats, Lost Language, Choo Choo and AVA Recordings while keeping the quality and production values incredibly high.
Even if David is today a man of a moment he has truly had a long and succesful career. Being half of swedish dance superstars Antiloop (of In My Mind/Trespasser fame) earned him solid reputation (and some gold & platinum records!) already in the mid 90s. He has also been a permanent figure at Sweden's #1 club organization Monday Bar's events. Last year Mr. West's gig at fully packed DTM (filling up for Jody Wisternoff) was a praised success and we can be sure that on 25th of May he'll leave the dancefloor happy with a set of roaring proggy basslines and trancey atmospheres.
