Laitan lisää downloadauspaikkoja kunhan lataan ton nettiin. Ja siitä on nyt leikattu pois Jori Hulkkonen osuus, koska tulimme siihen tulokseen, että se on liian samanlaista kun tuleva Jori Hulkkonen dokkari. Dokumentti on asiallinen (vrt. viimevuos). Piti tulla Yle-Extralta, mutta kuten kaikki hyvä niin sekin meni nurin.

Kid606 is the stage name of Miguel Trost Depedro, an electronic musician who was born 1979 July 27 in Caracas, Venezuela, raised in San Diego and later moved to San Francisco. He is most closely associated with the glitch, IDM, Hardcore techno, and Breakcore scenes.

Kid606's music is similar to the work of his friend and colleague Lesser, as well as hardcore and IDM acts such as Atari Teenage Riot, Autechre, Pan Sonic, and Matmos. It should be noted, however, that he is primarily inspired not by his electronic contemporaries, but by his love of the Industrial music, Death metal, and Industrial metal of the 1980s and 90s, particularly bands like Godflesh and Napalm Death. His music is known for its high tempo breakbeats and liberal use of noise and sampling, as well as its punk aesthetic, uninhibited genre-mixing, and irreverent sense of humor. However, he is equally adept at creating more serious tracks that often reside in the realm of ambient and glitch ( "Parenthood" from Kill Sound Before Sound Kills You and the entirety of P.S. I Love You being good examples). For these reasons, Kid606 is widely recognized as one of the few producers today who can successfully tackle nearly every electronic genre (mash-up, ambient, jungle, dub, hardcore techno, glitch, acid, house, gabba, noise, etc.).

Notable releases by Kid606 include Don't Sweat the Technics (VC140: 1998), Down with the Scene (IPC-7:2000), P.S. I Love You (MP93: 2000), and Kill Sound Before Sound Kills You (IPC-46:2003). He collaborated or participated in the groups Flossin, Spacewurm, Ariel and DISC. In 2005 he put together a band with a drummer and guitarist called Kid606 and friends.

Pansonic3300.jpg

Pan Sonic (originally called Panasonic) is a Finnish experimental electronic music duo consisting of Mika Vainio and Ilpo Väisänen.

Pan Sonic cite their main influences from the early 1980s, with industrial acts like Throbbing Gristle, Einstürzende Neubauten and Suicide to reggae, hip-hop and dub. The late outsider rockabilly artist Hasil Adkins is also cited, as well as country music star Johnny Cash. Vainio often remarks that their music is a merger of these two schools of music, taking the harsh and pure sounds typical of industrial techno and spacing them out into longer, subdued soundscapes familiar to instrumental reggae and dub.

Some of their equipment is made by third "extra" member Jari Lehtinen. These and other custom made instruments are responsible for creating the sounds typical to Pan Sonic's music. They also use samplers and an MPC2000 sequencer. Pan Sonic are great fans of experimentation and art performances and have done exhibitions and sound installations in museums. They have also made music for Japanese fashion shows.

Justice first came to prominence through their 2003 remix of Simian's track "Never Be Alone," created for a Paris college radio station's remix contest.[5] The remix resulted in the group being signed to Ed Banger (who released it) and became a hit in clubs and on the internet.[5] The song was re-released in 2004 on DJ Hell's International DeeJay Gigolo Records[6] and eventually given a commercial release in the UK in the summer of 2006, under the title "We Are Your Friends," on Ten Records, a sub-label of Virgin Records.

After the original release of "Never Be Alone", Justice worked on remixes[6] for a number of French groups (Vicarious Bliss, Scenario Rock, Gambit) as well as for larger mainstream acts such as Britney Spears,[6] N*E*R*D,[6] Fatboy Slim[6] and Daft Punk.[6] Justice's first solo single, "Waters of Nazareth", was released on Ed Banger Records in September 2005 and was championed by DJs such as Erol Alkan, Tiga, 2 Many DJ's and Ivan Smagghe. The track was re-released in 2006 with additional remixes. The duo's prolific remix work continued, as they turned in mixes for Franz Ferdinand, Mystery Jets, Soulwax and, most recently, Mr. Oizo.

Justice won the award for Best Video at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2006, for Justice vs. Simian - "We Are Your Friends". Augé and de Rosnay were not present at the ceremony, and the award was accepted by label art director So Me and video director Jérémie Rozan. So Me was famously interrupted mid-speech by American rapper Kanye West, who went onto the stage arguing that he should have won the award instead.[7]

Justice have been confirmed to do a mix for the Fabriclive series in 2008, and their debut album, titled †, was released on Ed Banger Records on June 11, 2007. The album was released in the United States on Downtown/Ed Banger. The album was preceded by the D.A.N.C.E. EP, released on May 28, 2007, which featured the tracks "Phantom" and their own remix of "D.A.N.C.E." titled "B.E.A.T". "D.A.N.C.E." was nominated for "Video of the Year at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards. On the first of November Justice received the "Video Star" award at the European Music Awards in Munich and also picked up the best French act of the year.

Justice performed at the 2007 Coachella festival, the Fuji Rock Festival in Niigata, Japan, the Hultsfred Festival in Hultsfred, Sweden, the Oxegen festival in Kildare, Ireland, the Vieilles Charrues Festival in Carhaix, France, the Roskilde Festival in Roskilde, Denmark, Pukkelpop, Dour Festival in Belgium and the Lowlands festival in The Netherlands, also at Tennents Vital in the Radio One TentBelfast. Justice's performance at Coachella in 2007 was their first ever live music performance per se. The band's performances before Coachella had seen them DJ using either turntables or CD mixers.

N-Type is a DJ/producer/Lable Owner who reigns from the deep south! (Surrey in-fact). He has been knocking about on the Underground scene for many years. He began mixing drum and bass in the late 90's at the age 14. As music evolved he was highly influenced by darker 2-step garage and began his career presenting an underground chart show on Delight FM with DJ Walsh. He managed two drivetime shows a week, back 2 back with Walsh then later took on a weeked chart show as he established a solo career. His mix compilations were rinsed on radio, which helped him gain recognition and bookings all over England and abroad. He toured many of the london pirate staions and internet stations. Before he came to Rinse FM, he established himself as the main Dubstep DJ/producer on Delight FM and did regular guest shows on loads of other stations. His shows have always concentrated on good vibes and giving the best music and talent the recognition they deserve. He is always up to date with a wide selection of dubs from the finest producers. His attention has now focused on production with his first sell out Track "Square off" hitting record shops in 2005 on Southside Dubstars. He has now signed several tunes to other lables including, Dubpolice (out in stores NOW!), Southside, Tempa and is currently on his second release on his own lable Terrain Records. His tunes have been gaining support from all the big Dj's on the circit and recently had BBC Radio 1 airplay thanks to Mary anne hobbs who made his production "Tolerance" Breezeblock Bomb which is due for release on the Tempa Allsars Ep! He is currently a resident @ the prestigious night in shoreditch FWD>> and Destructive and also one of the DJ's on rotation at the almighty DMZ. He plans to develop his production skills and Expand his lable in 2006 and has already negotiated releases with artists such as Benga, Skream, Omen, Ironsoul, Kromestar, Cess, Walsh. He currently presents a popular show on www.Rinse.fm every Sunday nite 11-1am, pushing the freshest Dubstep Dubplates! He has been with rinse for nearly 2 years now and is now in the process of expanding his show with more interveiws, guest mixes and collaberations.

In 2006 Type was chosen by community of the Dubstepforum.com, to mix a compilation of beats created and sent in as a competition on the forum. The winning tracks were chosen by a board of judges and the mix was recorded live at kiss 100fm, on Cd decks + Pioneer DJM600.

At Christmas 2006 the Dubstepforum awards started taking nominations, when the votes were counted N-Type won Best DJ and Best Radio Show 2006. http://www.dubstepforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=12665&highlight=awards

In 2007 N-Type was then given the opportunity by Ammuntion and Tempa to mix the 5th installment of Dubstep Allstars 5. The mix was released in the summer and took the critics by storm! (some of the reviews can be viewed in the photo section of the myspace). This was a sure sign of the growth of the music and the respect it was getting! You can get the mix online or in HMV, Virgin and all good record stores...
