Situated up North from Poland, Belarus, Russia and separated by The Baltic Sea from Finland, Sweden and the rest of the Nordic countries, they are officially part of Northern Europe, but also considered as an Eastern European region.
The three countries are similar in size and history and yes they actually have a long-running electronic music scene as well. If you're serious about music, you probably know Arvo Pärt, an Estonian composer, or if you've been into electronic music a little longer you might know about the '80s Latvian electronic music group Zodiac.
