Continuing to fulfil his demand for remixer extraordinaire, Jamie has a number of remixes about to drop including reworkings for Charles Webster's Miso, Brett Johnson's Aesoteric and Hipp-e's Nightshift labels. Upcoming mixes that he's recently finished or is currently working on include Only Freak, The Streaks and Fred Everything.

Jamie has finally started his next album which will be released on Freerange and we reckon it's going to be his best yet. Plans to team up with a number of vocalists including Ernesto from Sweden, Jinadu, Emma C-K as well as Mrs Larraine Odell look set to ensure this is going to be one deep and soulful project! Other guests will include San Francisco's Capital A as well as a collaboration with the legendary Japan keybaord and synthesist genius Richard Barbieri!

Jimpster fans have been happy to hear that we'll be releasing a remix album which will contain selected highlights from his extensive catalogue of remixes including some hard to find gems by artists such as Lisa Shaw, Blue Six, John Beltran and Fragile State to name a few. Musically you can expect to find the deepest of deephouse, the jazziest of jazzybreaks and the brokenest of brokenbeats. All produced with a lot of TLC in Jimpster's own inimitable style.

Jamie 'Jimpster' Odell will be celebrating the release of his remix album on his Remix Album Tour from Moscow to Japan, and performs in Helsinki, celebrating, at the 404 club on Saturday 18. September 2004.
