Might be too late to post anything of this type, but I won't stand down on such an important issue!
I don't recall koneisto having any warp/rephlex -artists, other than Red Snapper, and they did a one-off for warp, and as far as I can remember they weren't a part of the roster at the time. This really is a shame. In general, there are far too many (don't get me wrong, mostly fine) finnish artists. It's just that most of them are touring around the country all the time, so there's realy nothing that special about seeing them for the 3rd time in a year. Exceptions are noted - pan sonic (I hope you get them this year, as they are releasing a new 4CD[!] album this May) and Luomo, who both operate from abroad and rarely do gigs here.
Anyway, considering the ticket prices the amount of domestic artists is a bit too high in my opinion.
on to the suggestions (even one of these would be fantastic :D ):
Warp showcase : LIVE: Prefuse 73, Chris Clark, Squarepusher, Boards of Canada, Luke Vibert, Brothomstates
DJ Sets: LFO, Aphex Twin
Rephlex Showcase: LIVE: Amen Andrews, Astrobotnia, Bochum Welt...
AI Records (a very fine new label breaking boundries in electronic music, sounds like a cliche, but I'm afraid it's true here) showcase: CLARO INTELECTO (the best house/electro atm), FZV, Yellotone, Normal
Benbecula (a fantastic scottish label based in edinbourgh) showcase: CHRIST (otherworldly, this along with Boards of canada is the new psychedelia, fuck psytrance, I say), Reverbaphon, Frogpocket
A possible noise showcase? :) - Masami Akita & Russell Haswell aka Satanstornade (warp) , Whitehouse
