Finland's freshest house producers, Sir Nenis and DJ Push-ups return to Playground after April's mash-up alongside their Washington DC homies, Dave Nada and Matt Nordstrom.

NADASTROM

Dave Nada consistently proves to be one of the most electrifying and effective DJs around. He is a longstanding resident at Taxlo, voted “best party in America” by Blender Magazine. Previous DJ tours include world tours with DJ Craze (Kanye West's official DJ), regular cross-continental dates with Tittsworth, invites to Australia, festival gigs in Puerto Rico and more.

Grammy-nominated engineer Matt Nordstrom is responsible for production of the highest calibre. His studio work includes longstanding efforts with Grammy Award-winning, internationally chart-topping, Global Underground artists, as well as working as Dubfire's engineer, hence responsible for some of the biggest club tracks of the past few years

The two join forces as NADASTROM, forming the pinnacle of production and DJing. Switch (XLR8R’s artist of the year and Grammy Award-nominated producer for M.I.A.) quickly invited the duo to join the legendary imprint Dubsided for a stream of record releases. Their debut EP topped numerous international charts, particularly Buzz/DMC Magazine and Beatport, reaching the number one top download spot. Nadastrom tracks are trainspotted by countless A-list DJ’s and artists (Diplo, A-trak & Armand Van Helden, Will.I.Am., Steve Aoki, Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Laidback Luke, etc.) and their collaborative efforts include work with Kid Cudi, Kanye West, Nina Sky, Pitbull, Stretch Armstrong, Kid Sister, Tittsworth, Lady Gaga, Blaqstarr and more. Uncompromising quality in the studio and on the decks, Nadastrom is without a doubt “the future” of music, as Scottie B once appropriately remarked.

SHARKSLAYER

Sharkslayer have come hard and strong with a string of releases and remixes on labels including Trouble & Bass, Dubsided, So Sweet Records, Cheap Thrills, Real Monsters and Stretch Armstrong’s Plant Music, as well as regular releases on their home label Top Billin Music. All this in only a few months, its no wonder they’ve caused a bigger reaction than a great white in a childrens’ pool.

Keep your eyes peeled for forthcoming releases / remixes for MAN Recordings, Dim Mak, Brrrln and more Trouble and Bass.
Attracting the immediate attention of some major players, with their blend of reggae infused house and club music, Sharkslayer have quickly become an essential in every DJs record box. Major Lazor featured a Sharkslayer track in their recent Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1 and Sinden, Diplo, Drop The Lime and Laidback Luke are constantly dropping their tunes.

Even Tiesto is getting in on the act, featuring “Digital Manges (Sharkslayer remix)" (Palms Out Sounds) as a staple of his recent DJ sets!

"Sharkslayer kicks your dad’s fucking ass. I’m not really sure what else to say.. honest." - Curb Crawlers
