One of France’s foremost electronic musicians, Joakim Bouaziz has worked on everything from post-rock, disco and electronics to ambient. His third album "Monsters and silly songs" [2007] provided the indie-tinged dance hits "I Wish You Were Gone" and "Lonely Hearts". Aside his own music, dj/live gigs and running the Tigersushi label from Paris, Joakim is one of the most innovative remixers of today. Recent examples include The Chap's "Ethnic Instrument" and DJ Mehdi's "Pocket Piano", as well as work for the likes of Tiga, Air, Annie, Cut Copy and making Antena's "Camino del Sol" a big hit a couple years ago. In October Joakim's remix work was compiled on the album "My Best Remixes".
