Today, his main styles straddle dark, atmospheric trance spiced with classy riffs and interesting progressive arrangements. During this millennium Miika's profile has firmly gone up and up and it's fair to say at the moment he is considered as one of the most important Scandinavian producers. Just recently he won "The best artist/producer" and "The best new DJ" 2004 -titles on Finnish Club Awards. Besides producing and DJing Miika has put great effort to build his Subtraxx company into a digital record label and music production company.
