## Pimppiä jo seitsemän vuotta...

After years and years of awesome parties, it's once again time to celebrate our anniversary. This time we are turning seven, our little pimpi is finally going to school. After this weekend, Club Pussy will have a small summer break and after that we are returning even stronger. Peace...

Ian Ossia Biography:
10 years ago Ian Ossia played his first professional gig at the then hugely influential and extremely cool 'Venus' night in Nottingham, run by then Sasha's manager James Baillee. This was then followed soon after with a spot at Renaissance alongside residents Sasha and John Digweed. Ian's residency started some 2/3 months later as the Progressive House scene was born.
From here on Ian Ossia's name grew along with the club, and the sound that Ian helped develop started to become an international scene. The Renaissance club tours have taken Ian and his sound to all corners of the globe. He has also had strong ties with the Ministry Of Sound with frequent much-requested mixes for their popular Radio show with a 2 million+ audience and many gigs, including the New Year¹s bash at the Millennium Dome where Ian played the main slot before Paul Oakenfold ended the night. Ian's commercial releases include 2 CDs in the Renaissance series alongside Dave Seaman and Nigel Dawson.
More recently, Ian has been resident at Prologue at The Cross in London, meanwhile his hard work and focus in the studio has been paying off with last year's 'Le Fee' (a collaboration with Roxy resident Joel Einhorn from Prague) being released on the celebrated Whoop! label. Also completed are Ian's much anticipated collaborations with Marc Mitchell (Human Movement/Sunday Club) under the titles 'About Time' & '4 Day Haze', with the latter featuring on the new mix compilation 'Slice 01' by Dutch master Lucien Foort. Strangely uplifting tracks which stand out from the crowd, with more than their fair share of subtlety and originality...
In this time of commercialism and selling-out, Ian has always stayed true to his original values of quality, uplifting music smoothly mixed into a journey of sound, always improvising and never playing the same set twice.
Guy Gerber Biography:
It all changed for Guy Gerber at the age of 16. After playing soccer for ''Maccabi Tel-Aviv'' and the youth national team, he received an electric guitar from his father. Listening to bands like the "Pixies" or "My Bloody Valentine", and playing with his distortion pedal, the future was obvious.
With today's various dance music genres, Guy has created his own super sound. A natural mixture of strong and deep grooves, raw loops and black primal beats, all blended with a touch of tender melancholic harmonies as topping.
Guy's first dance floor hit "Kenny's back" (Whoop!), was featured on many compilations, including DAVE SEAMAN'S GU22 and on the Hollywood movie soundtrack "All the good years" (A MICHAEL DOUGLAS production). Then came ''Electric Mistress'' on Alternative Route, played by DANNY TENAGLIA to the point that the vinyl got so worn out, that he requested for a new copy. This was followed by "Flamer/Soon", the first release on KINKY VINYL, under the name A.D.D. His recent releases on TWISTED America have added a new view on electronic music to this legendary label.
Guy's new single out ''Stoppage Time'' (Bedrock), is currently heavily supported by JOSH WINK, DIGWEED, CARL COX, and was played by SASHA on his live Ibiza set (on radio1) as his closing track! You can hear PETE TONG playing it on his radio1 show these August days as well. Big things are awaiting this release, so keep your eyes and ears open!
Finally, today, after releasing a dozen of 12's in Europe and the US, His debut album ''2 birds 1 stone'' is ready to present Guy's unique n' sexy rich flavored world of cutting edge beats, yummy harmonies n' touching lyrics people on both sides of the Atlantic are waiting to hear.
Between the album and the live gigs, GUY is also writing music for a new contemporary dance show performed by one of the worlds 3 most acclaimed dance company's and choreographers Ohad Naharin & his ''Bat Sheva Dance company''. In the past months GUY had set up another new project - the smashing duo ROCKET POCKET - a 4 track EP is in the pipeline, created by GUY and NIV HADAS for the intelligent booty shakers.
To understand the mysterious world of G. GERBER, one needs to see his hypnotic live show, as he draws the masses dancing to deeper depth's and glorious high's. GUY played a live set on JOHN DIGWEED's KISS 100 show (13.06.2003) and performed live in clubs and festivals in Finland, Russia, Sweden, Estonia, Croatia, Turkey and recently at London's ''Notting Hill Festival'' and Bedrocks 6th birthday.

eihä tos kävele kuin vajaa 5min paikasta a paikkaa b... mä voin vaikka ravaa koko illan tätä väliä
