RX (FINRG, Lahti)
Ville Sorsa aka. DJ Rx has been spinning records from the late 90s. His music style varies from uplifting hard-trance to fierce NRG, freeform and hardcore music. Within last few years he has made his way to all the biggest clubs in Finland such as Millennium, Säde, Rush. He also holds a recidency at the 'Finrg on tour' parties.
His energetic stageshows, unique combination of mixing and scratching emphasized by furious NRG and freeform has gained him a respectable status in Finnish hard-dance scene and he now tours Finland on monthly basis. Besides DJing Rx is also one of the driving forces behind the FINRG Recordings - the first, and for the time being, the only hard dance label in Scandinavia.
Proteus (Logic UK, Säde HKI)
Proteus has gained the respect to be called as the most known Hard Dance-DJ of Finland. From 1998 to 2004 Proteus has played all over Finland, all major clubs and events; Labyrinth, Hallmark, Millennium, Fantasy, Säde, Rush, Storm, Vertigo, Pacifique, Trancehouse meets Lab-4, Celebration Generation, Reactor, Turbulence and Koneisto.
These days he is more and more rarely seen playing in Finland - his style of delivering the fiercest beats in the industry and putting a great show at the same time is taking him all over the world.
During the year 2004 Proteus has already played at many international top events. Dance Valley #10 - Decade of Dance in Holland and Tidy Summer Camp in the UK just to name a couple of them. Other than that hes spinning his records in Germany, Australia and Hong Kong.
Sebastian (Rush, HKI) starring Kris Kylven live on electronic drums
The furious promoter of the high profile club Rush has quickly built a huge reputation for himself. He is well known for his storming sets here in Finland, but in the Netherlands, UK and Turkey as well. His music style is a mix of driving an energy loaded hard house, with harder edged hard trance sounds, always taking the feeling up to the roof.
This year Sebastian has teamed up with Kris Kylven, who is one of the best drummers in business together they provide a mind boosting blast of energy that causes absolute devastation wherever they play!
Alek Száhala -Live- (FINRG Hard, Electronic, Camel Records)
Although having produced music for more than 10 years Alek Száhala is a relatively new name in the international scene. Still he has truely been one of the key players in the recent development of the new wave of Finnish Hard Dance. Since his explosive forthcoming in 2003 with tracks like 'Superstition' and 'Tlaloc' he has made a deep mpact to both Finnish and international crowds and djs with dozens of amazing tracks.
He has succesfully created a production style of original sound - Hyperenergetic beats combined with a strong emotional charge creates a memorable and unique atmosphere. Alek Száhala was voted 4th best in the artist / producer category in Finnish Club Awards 2003, only 9 votes after Carbon Based - the band number one in the Finnish hard dance scene.
Tom Cruel
Tommy Viro aka DJ Tom Cruel is the self-claimed biggest motherf*cker in Turku. Tom started his mixing in the year of God 2001. Music style has changed since then from hardtrance to hardstyle and now it has reached its cruellest form as UK nu-nrg/hardnrg.
In his own words "when I hit the decks the sound will tear your limbs off".
