In 2000, dj daemon decided to participate to a dj contest called "djmania",
an initiative of the belgian province "Limburg" and "Four in trance".
Out of more than 69 contestants, 16 half finalists and 8 finalists he came out
as winner with a mix of hard techno with electro influences.
Dj Daemon was called one of the most promising djs from Limburg.
From then it evolved fast, he played at bigger venues like Rock herk (2x),
Enterrock, City Parade, Spontaniously Combustible, Konektionz, Happy, Silo,
MOD and he can add clubs like Fuse, TheZoo, Katsu, Bunker, Zazou and more to his list .
Due to his broad taste in music it was easy to fit in very different theme-nights and
gave him the chance to play with artists like Funk d'Void, Phil Kieran, FC Kahuna,
Big Hair, Darren Roach, Jack de Marseille, St-Dic, Smos & Baby B, Koenie (Mayaku),
Les Craven, Level J and at harder nights with Ben Long & Jamie Bismire, Luke Slater,

Muziek-O-Droom in Hasselt. For about 7 years now dj Daemon gives these lessons,
teaching starting djs the tricks and techniques of djing, midi-controllerism,...
Nowadays he plays in Holland and Belgium and is spending a lot of time on production.
Byproduct is a one-man musical act that takes its roots from computer games
and demos and combines them with the elements of contemporary
electronic music - mainly psytrance, acid and drum'n'bass - creating an easily
recognisable sound unique to Byproduct alone. The music is sometimes cheery,
sometimes dark, but always with a twist to hold the attention and the interest
of the listeners all the way to the end.
Nitro (X-Rust)
Nitro has been playing records since 1999, when there were mostly
hard house/hard trance records spinning on the turntables.
During years 2002-2005 he organized clubs (Trap, Pimiö, Forge, Metro)
and "Anchors Up!" summer club cruises in Jyväskylä. Nowadays he is busy
with The X-Rust Organization, which has had their own stage in every
Konemetsä festival, for example. Nitro's current style consists mainly
of electro, breakbeat and techno in all of it's forms. In Asm'09 rave
he will provide one hour load of proper 808 electro bass fatties.
Glxblt (Sequence)
Being brought up in a family deeply involved with music, Ville Rastas
a.k.a "Glxblt" spent most of his childhood happily bashing both the keys
of his piano and his computer. However, as the young musician/geek
reached his puberty, things went horribly wrong. Despite the classical
training and responsible parenting, Glxblt developed an interest for
electronic music which later on evolved into full-blown love for techno
and especially drum'n'bass. Finding like-minded people in a small Finnish
city was practically impossible, but eventually it happened and Glxblt
made the first contact within the neighbouring town's rave scene and
coincidentally, the demoscene.
Since then the young junglist has honed his skills in producing and DJ'ing,
focusing on the darkest, techiest newschool drum'n'bass you can find without
forgetting about the rolling, danceable beats that define the genre.
Filling in the demand for harder, heavier drum'n'bass, Glxblt is a bundle
of big things just waiting to happen.
