Tempo Giusto is a gifted DJ producer from Turku, Finland with some 20
releases coming out in 2008 from various international labels. His
recently released tracks include Agent Orange and Calling (Echelon,
FIN), Kinetics (RealMusic, USA), Pure & Sweet (Finity, FIN) and In
Hypnosis EP (Echelon, FIN) to name but a few.
Tempo Giusto was introduced to electronic music by his brother in the
age of 13. The melodic, vast trance beat Australia by Tibet Team FFM
initially sparked his interest. Now after nine years Tempo Giusto has
inspired his sound. His style is mainly progressive and techy trance with
punchy melodic lines, surprising twists in percussion and drums, with a
hint of electro and tech house. Tempo Giusto and the producers he has
worked with describe his style as a combination of deep, clubby and
progressive sounds. Therefore, Tempo Giusto uses the term club
progressive to best characterize his production.
Tempo Giusto collaborates with producers such as Ima'gin, forming the
experimenting duo Synthika, and Jace (aka JMN), who is an
experienced DJ. Tempo Giusto has also remixed the works of such
artists as Marcus Schössow, Arto Kumanto, Jussi Polet, TraDeus and
Valve among others. Tempo Giusto has been credited for his versatility.
In addition to being active within the field of his genre, he has produced
tracks to artists of other genres as well. For example, Tempo Giusto
produced The Gambits synthetic hip hop banger Hoo-ha! (Hood High)
that won the vote for the best song in YleX, the prime national radio of
Finland. Soon after Tempo Giusto's first EP's massive club banger 'Agent Orange' was nominated 5th best track of the month in April 2008 in Corsten's Countdown radioshow.
Tempo Giusto has established a strong foothold among the Finnish
producers, and is one of the most prolific artists of the year within the
Finnish electronic dance music scene. His work and collaborations have
been supported by a long list of DJs and artists around the world. The
recognition from the genres top names ranging from Tiesto and Paul
Van Dyk to Ferry Corsten does not come as surprise. Tempo Giusto is
on his way to make a difference.
