MIIKA KUISMA :: [Helsinki Vibe / JOOF / Subtraxx]
Miika is mainly producing music for UK based JOOF recordings owned by John "00" Fleming. During this millennium Miika's profile has firmly gone up and up and it's fair to say at the moment he is considered as one of the most important Scandinavian producers. Just recently he won "The best artist / producer" and "The best new DJ" 2004 -titles on Finnish Club Awards.
In addition to his popular Subtraxx Experience radio show (DI.fm) Miika recently started a new show on Satellite Radio Network (TheSystem / XMRADIO) where Miika is taking weekly turns with Warp Brothers, Solarstone and Angelli & Nelson.
So far Miika's career highlights include several international chart positions and appearance with Tiesto in Turkey where he played three closing sets in front of over 12,000 people.
Rest of the year 2005 Miika will spend his time touring around the world and finishing his debut album (to be released in October on Joof Recordings).
