Moving to London from São Paulo, S.P.Y was quick to establish himself within UK Drum & Bass due to a natural talent for production that saw his first ever release signed to Metalheadz. Now exclusive to, and one of the top acts at Hospital Records, S.P.Y has released LPs: ' What The Future Holds', winning the DNB Arena album of the year award, and 'Back To Basics'. He has also curated an installment of the world famous BBC Radio1 Essential Mix, and he has mixed the 'Hospital Mixtape' in 2016.
DJing worldwide on a regular basis, S.P.Y is able to showcase his well-loved sound that is diverse, unique in quality, and perfectly suited for the dancefloor. Praised by his contemporaries and always high in demand from the biggest clubs and festivals, there is seemingly no end to this bright star's meteoric rising path.
If any D+B artist can truly claim to be the “producers producer” then Carlos S.P.Y surely has a good case.
