Starting in the early nineties from the warehouse raves of the industrial city of Tampere, stirring the Northern Finland electronic music scene for over five years, settling down in Helsinki in 2006 and moving to Berlin in 2011, Orion is one of the busiest DJs in Finland.
Probably the most well known of his work on Finnish National Radio YleX, Orion host his own 2 hour show every Friday night. He is also one of the former hosts of Tiistain Tanssi-ilta, the oldest EDM radio show in Finland. Next to his work at Misc. Management, the first Finnish dance music oriented DJ booking agency, he also produces orchestral chill-out music as half of Orion & J.Shore duo.
No matter if it’s about opening a sold-out event at Cable Factory with a chill-out live performance or a sweaty, hedonistic moment at after-hours, 30C pool party or -15C outdoor event, corporate music happening for Mini Cooper or Philip Morris or a small scale private party, full-on trance mayhem or groovey tech-house vibe, after nearly 20 years in the business it’s all still happening and it’s all labour of love.

Lovetone on yksi suomen nuorimmista, mutta ei silti lainkaan kollegoitaan vähäisempi tuottaja Helsingistä. Lyhyestä urastaan huolimatta hänen tuotantojaan ovat jo soittaneet laatua vaativat supertähdet kuten David Guetta, Swedish House Mafian Axwell ja Mark Knight. Lovetonen DJ -seteissä pitelemätön energisyys yhdistyy vahvoihin melodioihin.
