The months 3rd thursday is approaching soon, and you know what time it is then. It's time for Science, the monthly beard strokin' espresso drinkin' drum'nbass sessions in Bar Loop, this time with guest dj's St. Laurent and Infader.
St. Laurent is a fellow who's part of the crew running the Funk'It nights at Bar Loop. That night is probably more known for being not so serious at all and for having fun, so he's promised to wipe the smile off his face and get serious. Influenced heavily by jazz, soul and of course atmospheric drum'n'bass from the 90's, his record bag contains pretty much all the subgenres in dnb, but you probably won't hear any wobble in his sets. Instead, looking at my crystal ball i can see these labels: Paradox Music, Metalheadz & Subtle Audio.
Infader is a living proof that even in the deepest, darkest, grim and frostbitten forests of Savo you can still be exposed to drum'n'bass. It didn't take long to realize that listening to music was not enough and he started to make his own beats. Then later money was spent on turntables and mixer, and even more money on records.
Besides the friendly strangers, we've got the usual suspects Trisector & Axu with some aces in their sleeves and twelves in their bags. Drums are to be broken and breaks are to be chopped. Welcome.
