DJ PP esiintyy Helsingin Tivolin yhteydessä sijaitsevalla R3D- klubilla 26.4.
Yli 17 vuoden kokemuksella esiintyvä DJ PP, oikealta nimeltään Gabriel Rocha, tunnetaan yhtenä Latinalaisen Amerikan menestyneimmistä house- tuottajista. Hän on julkaissut myyntilistojen kärkeen kohonneita singlejä useilla maailman arvostetuimmista levymerkeistä, kuten Defected, Toolroom, Strictly Rhythm, Great Stuff ja Ministry of Sound, ja esiintynyt kaikkialla Ibizan ja New Yorkin huippuklubeista Australian ja Buenos Airesin suurimmille festivaaleille.
Toolroom levymerkin omistava britti-DJ Mark Knight on nimennyt Rochan suosikikkituottajakseen. Omien alkuperäistuotantojensa lisäksi Rocha on tehnyt remiksauksia Knightin lisäksi muun muassa Deadmau5:lle, Funkagendalle ja Chris Lakelle.

DJ PP a.ka Gabriel Rocha (UY)
Named by Mark Knight as one of the breakthrough DJ/Producers of 2010, Gabriel Rocha also known as DJ PP, is one of Uruguay’s top DJs, with more than 17 years experience.
He’s a regular in Beatports top sales charts with releases on some of the scenes top record labels, including: Toolroom, Defected, Rising, Leftroom, Sci+Tec, Strictly Rhythm, Cr2, Greatstuff, Kling Klong, Craft Music, Ministry Of Sound, Soulman and Muzik X Press.
In his career he has been resident DJ at some of Uruguay’s best clubs
As well as these residencies he’s played at many South America Festivals including Creamfields in Buenos Aires.
As a producer, recent times have seen him remixing for the likes of Mark Knight, Funkagenda, Chris Lake, Soul Central, Chus & Ceballos, Loko and many others, with even more in the pipeline for 2011.
His production career started in 2006 with the formation of the duo Rocha & Lewinger. After 2 successful years this partnership ended in 2008, and so began his solo projects under both his own name Gabriel Rocha and his DJ PP alias.
Gabriels music style is a consequence of many years of hard work and great experience handling the “Dance floor”.

Afecto DJs is a dj collective with a passion towards house music, including dj talents Tiberiuz, Alec Hall, PuuhaPhiit & Noste. Their grooving and pumping sound mixed with awesome technical skills and attitude will get you "Afected" from soulful house to tech and tribal rhythms. Afecto DJ's started to gig in Helsinki and around Finland in the autumn of 2011 and their good reputation in the Helsinki house scene is growing fast! Afecto DJs have shared the stage and warmed up international dj-stars like FATBOY SLIM, MAURO PICOTTO, JAY LUMEN, CHUS & CEBALLOS, WALLY LOPEZ and played in major events like WONDER FESTIVAL, WE LIKE, Clinic, La Béate Club & Helsinki House Nights, Balearica Festival & Candyland etc. Afecto -collective holds the residence of a new, fresh club called R3D, located near Freda's Tivoli. R3D nights have been a great success and they are some of the biggest highlights in the Helsinki club life at the moment.
Afecto DJs also host their weekly radio show, "Love Of House" every Thursday from 9pm to 11 pm (UTC +3) on Spin FM radio channel (101,4 mhz Helsinki, 100,5 mhz Tampere, Finland).
